Charlotte Cunningham Music Teacher

Please arrive promptly at the start of your/your child's lesson so that we can make a start for when your lesson begins – please do not arrive early as I cannot accept students and parents into the house until the previous pupil has left.

  • Please make sure that you/your child comes with the instrument, music and a pencil for every lesson. Practise diaries are not needed, and emails will be used instead.
  • There will be hand sanitiser upon entry for all that enter the house.
  • Lessons will be charged for a set period:
    1. per half-term for children
    2. monthly for adults
  • If you/your child can't attend a lesson for any reason (including illness) please notify me as soon as possible and the following absence policy shall apply:
    1. If more than 24 hour’s notice is given every effort will be made to try and rearrange for a mutually suitable time or the lesson will be credited to the next period.
    2. If less than 24 hour’s notice is given the full cost of the lesson will be charged.
  • If you/your child have a holiday/long absence planned:
    1. I am happy to offer lessons during the school holidays on a week-by-week basis, please notify me as soon as possible if this will be required. For planned lessons the above absence policy will still apply.
  • Whilst every effort will be made to avoid cancellations, there may be the rare occasion where I have no option but to cancel a lesson, in this case a full refund or credit will be provided.
  • Payments
    1. Please make the payment for the lessons either before or within the first two of weeks off the new term, if there are any problems regarding payment, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss options
    2. Payments can be made by: bank transfer (to Charlotte Cunningham 77-72-20 30233760), cheque (made payable to Charlotte Cunningham)
  • In the event of you/your child wishes to discontinue tuition, the following notice period shall apply (all fees shall be due for the duration of the notice period)
